Sizing
We ship throughout New Zealand and internationally with shipping prices calculated at checkout. Shipping within New Zealand costs $8.00+, international shipping is $15.00+ with all prices being in NZD.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours and take 2 - 5 days to arrive within New Zealand, and 3 - 12 days for international.
We know it can be hard choosing the right size when purchasing online so don't worry if you get it wrong. All you need to do is return your Gummies within 14 days in their original condition and pay an additional courier fee, and we will exchange them for a new size.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, just return within 14 days in its unused, original condition and we will give you a full refund.
We accept payments via Debit or Credit Card and accept payment from all major cardholders.
To ensure you purchase the right size, please refer to the sizing charts provided on our product pages as the sizing of our gumboots are rather generous (so you can wear them with thick socks).
